Felipe Biani
Felipe is the driving force behind Flat Flooring Solutions, bringing a rare combination of hands-on expertise and corporate-level business insight to every project.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and International Business, along with a Certificate III in Carpentry, and has over six years of direct experience in flooring installation.
Before launching Flat Flooring Solutions, Felipe worked with global companies such as Siemens, Carrefour, and HSBC, where he gained valuable experience in management, supply chain, and international operations. This background now plays a key role in how he runs his business — with efficiency, professionalism, and a deep understanding of client needs.
From building long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to ensuring flawless craftsmanship on every job, Felipe leads with integrity and purpose. His attention to detail and commitment to quality have earned Flat Flooring Solutions a reputation for excellence across the Gold Coast.
